Plex Summer Camps

Plex summer camps are regarded as some of the most well-rounded camps available to the youth athlete.   Our camps not only focus on the skills required for the athlete’s sport, but also focus on the necessary keys to a successful player; flexibility, nutrition, tactical skills and injury prevention.  The following is what the Plex Summer Camps provide:



Camp Basics

‣Position Teachings - Proper technique
‣Speed - Proper running mechanics for the sport and position
‣Agility - Eliminate false step and improve lateral reaction for the sport and position
‣Power - Proper strength training and plyometrics for the sport and position
‣Conditioning - Sport-related conditioning to improve work capacity
‣Flexibility - Increasing joint and muscle range of motion and durability




Nutrition

‣Nutrition 101 - Understand how to fuel and hydrate the body to achieve peak performance before, during, and after games and practices
‣Post-workout snack
                    June 13-14:  8 AM-12 PM Football Camp @ Stafford / Sugarland

                    June 20-21:  8 AM-12 PM Speed/Agility Camp @ Stafford / Sugarland

                    June 27-28:  8 AM-12 PM Softball Camp @ Grand Parkway / Katy

                    June 27-28:  8 AM-12 PM Baseball Camp @ Grand Parkway / Katy



                    July 11-12:  8 AM-12 PM Football Camp @ Stafford / Sugarland

                    July 18-19:  8 AM-12 PM Speed/Agility Camp @ Stafford / Sugarland

                    July 25-26:  8 AM-12 PM Softball Camp @ Grand Parkway / Katy

                    July 25-26:  8 AM-12 PM Baseball Camp @ Grand Parkway / Katy



Investment for each camp

$90 if you register before or on May 1, $100 before June 1, and $125 if you register after June 1

Includes: Camp shirt / Gatorade / Snack
